Being an effective advocate for gender equality is a development experience for most of us. In this session, we explore the one big thing you can do differently to improve your gender equality leadership, and how you can evolve to meet this adaptive challenge.

Final session – Wrap and connect

In this final session, we’ll wrap up the program in a face -to-face with your sponsees where we’ll cover:
- Progress you’ve made with your adaptive challenge
- Leadership challenge showcase –sponsees present their challenge in groups for recognition and feedback
- Pay it forward – what can you do to share what you’ve learned with others
