Workshop overview

In our first two workshops we’re exploring mastery of the inner game of leadership as an essential step to excel at the outer game.

In workshop 1, adaptive leadership is our focus. You’ll work on an adaptive leadership challenge by exploring:

• ‍Your personality – how you show up, your incredible strengths and how they are overplayed to reveal your greatest growth edge‍
• Your perspective – broadening your perspective by understanding how your ego, mindset and identity shapes your view and drives your behaviour
• ‍Your practice – developing new habits to achieve your adaptive challenge

Workshop overview

The world needs more good leaders. Leaders inspire and drive communities to act, they bring out the talents and potential in the people they serve, and they challenge the status quo to create novel ways of solving tricky problems.

In this session we’re going to spend the day developing your leadership potential by unpacking your leadership purpose and profile before crafting a 5 year career plan.

Workshop overview

Leadership is a marathon, not a sprint. Managing your energy and nurturing your confidence is critical to play the long game. Playing to our strengths, overcoming negative self-talk, and making time for the stuff that fills us with joy and nurtures our wellbeing are all ways we can sustain our energy and boost self-belief. When we do, we step into our full aliveness and become a leader who others want to work with.

In this session we’ll play with tools and resources to create energy that fuels you, attracts others to you and sustains your leadership journey.

Workshop overview

Nothing happens in organisations without the input or sign off from multiple stakeholders. Navigating these relationships with a greater sense of ease and confidence is key to improving your leadership impact. In this session, we’ll prioritise your key stakeholders and develop a plan for deepening the relationship based on trust, value and shared understanding.
